How to Play Monkey Mart in Two Stages

The Starting Stage

At the beginning of the game, you are given $10, which is only enough to plant one banana tree. This banana tree continuously produces bananas, and your first task is to harvest the bananas and place them on the nearby shelf.

When customers come to buy bananas, you must run to the checkout counter to collect money from them. At this stage, you will need to manually control your monkey, constantly running back and forth between:

• The banana tree
• The product shelf
• The checkout counter

This early phase focuses on learning basic controls and understanding how production and sales work in Monkey Mart.

The Idle Stage

Once you earn more money, you should plant one or two additional banana trees to meet increasing customer demand. After that, you can start diversifying your supermarket by:

• Growing corn
• Buying chickens
• Buying cows

Don't forget to hire harvesters and cashiers to reduce your workload. With more raw materials available, your store can sell more advanced products such as popcorn, milk, eggs, etc.

When you have enough employees, the game becomes much more relaxed. This idle-style gameplay is quite similar to games like Cookie Clicker City, where progress continues even with minimal player input.

Smart Supermarket Management

Even though your employees can handle most tasks, you still need to wake them up when they fall asleep during work hours. Chickens and cows can also fall asleep, slowing down production.

If you do not t wake them up, your supermarket's productivity will drop, and it won't meet customer demand. Additionally, troublemaker monkeys may appear and cause chaos. You need to chase them away and clean up your store to keep things running smoothly.

Upgrade Your Character and Staff

With the money you earn, you can upgrade movement speed and carrying capacity for both your character and your employees. Maxing out these upgrades helps your supermarket handle large crowds efficiently and prevents bottlenecks during peak hours.

Unlock New Supermarkets

Many players wonder whether it is possible to unlock new supermarkets after maxing out the first one. The answer is yes. As long as you have enough money, you can purchase and unlock a brand-new supermarket to expand your Monkey Mart empire.
